Protecting your privacy is important to AT Osborne. In order to provide you with good service and to carry out our work as well as possible, we may process your personal data. This applies to our customers, suppliers, employees, visitors to our website and business partners and all other parties whose personal data we process.

Which personal data do we process about you?
AT Osborne processes your personal data when you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we can process from you, depending on the service you use:

What does AT Osborne use your personal data for?
AT Osborne processes your personal data exclusively for the purpose of efficient and effective business operations, in particular in the context of carrying out one or more of the following purposes:
- Application procedure: recruitment & selection of new employees and candidates.
- Information provision: this includes sending newsletters and sending information about AT Osborne's services to customers.
- Conclusion and execution of agreements with employees, self-employed persons (temporary workers), customers, suppliers and business partners: this includes the processing of personal data necessary to conclude an agreement and to offer or receive a service.
- Relationship management: this includes maintaining and promoting the business relationship with (former) employees, self-employed persons, customers, suppliers and business partners.
- To protect our buildings and facilities: this goal focuses on managing the parking facilities, granting access to the buildings (for example access passes) and monitoring safety through a number of cameras on our own grounds.
AT Osborne only processes the data that is necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained.
AT Osborne may only process your personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so. The legal basis for processing your personal data depends on the service you use. This may be one or more of the following legal bases:
- Your consent;
- The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of an agreement;
- The processing of your data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation;
- The processing of your data is necessary in view of the interests of AT Osborne, whereby your interest does not prevail.
How does AT Osborne handle your data?
All personal data collected by AT Osborne will be treated confidentially.
All AT Osborne employees and partners sign a confidentiality clause promising to treat the personal data to which they have access as part of their position/role as strictly confidential.
AT Osborne implements and maintains appropriate technical, security and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and use, as well as against accidental loss, destruction, theft or disclosure.
If it unexpectedly turns out that something has gone wrong with the protection of your personal data, or we suspect that this is the case, we will report this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. If the breach of your personal data may have adverse or adverse consequences for you, we will let you know as soon as possible.
How long do we store your data?
AT Osborne does not store your data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which your data is processed and than is legally permitted. How long certain data is kept depends on the nature of the data and the purposes for which it is processed. The retention period can therefore differ per purpose. AT Osborne has recorded this in specific policy.

What are your rights?
When AT Osborne processes your personal data, you have certain rights which are (briefly) explained below.
Access to your data
Are you a customer of AT Osborne and would you like to see which personal data of yours is known to us? Then you can use your 'Right of access'. We request that you specifically indicate which personal data you would like to receive.
Right to rectification
You have the right to rectify data if your data is incorrect or incomplete. You also have the right to rectify the data if the data is not relevant to the purpose for which we process it, or if your data has been processed by us in violation of a legal requirement.
We will inform the third party(ies) who have received your data from us of any rectification, unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort on our part.
Right to data erasure
You also have the right to have certain data deleted. For example, when your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we received it, you object to the processing or when your data has been processed unlawfully by us. However, we cannot always delete all requested data, because we are (or may be) obliged to keep certain data about you.
Right to limit processing
You also have the right to restrict the processing of your data. The right to restriction means that we may not (temporarily) process or change your personal data. This is the case if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if you believe that the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes or if you believe that the processing of your personal data by AT Osborne is unlawful.
Right to object
You can object to the processing of your personal data by AT Osborne if your personal data is used for purposes other than those for which you have given permission, necessary for the execution of an agreement, necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or one of the other legal bases. For example, if you do not want us to use your personal data to make you personal offers.
Right to data portability
If you have provided your personal data to us, you have the right to data portability in certain cases. This means that we will provide your data to you in a structured, common and machine-readable manner, when you request us to do so.
How can you exercise your rights?
If you wish to exercise your rights, you can contact us at any time using the contact details below or by sending a letter or email to us, providing your name, address and telephone number. A stamp is not required. We will respond to your request within one month.
We ask you to identify yourself with a valid ID. This way we can check whether we provide the personal data to the correct person.
Supervision of the processing of personal data
If you believe that the provisions of this Privacy Statement, or the General Data Protection Regulation, are not or insufficiently complied with by us. You can report this via privacy@atosborne.nl.
If you suspect that we are processing your personal data in a manner that is contrary to the privacy law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can be done via the complaints form on the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
